Anxiety Treatment for Military Personnel
Tactical Anxiety Recovery | Authorized 2026 TRICARE & VA Care
Clinical Intake Line: (908) 263-1332Treating the Autonomic Response
Military training builds a heightened state of awareness that can manifest as chronic anxiety in civilian or non-combat environments. Our anxiety treatment military protocols target this specific biology:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Identifying "threat-scanning" thought patterns and replacing them with realistic, calm assessments of your current environment.
Exposure & Response
Safely neutralizing specific triggers (crowds, loud noises, social isolation) through controlled, clinician-guided exposure.
Bio-Regulation
Applying the Sports Science specialization (UNIFESP) of our founder, Fernando, to help you physically down-regulate your nervous system.
Operational Performance
Ensuring that Active Duty members retain the "tactical edge" while removing the crippling symptoms of panic and worry.
