VA Community Care Line: (908) 263-1332VA Community Care PHP mental health is a Partial Hospitalization Program authorized by the VA for veterans to receive intensive, daytime clinical treatment at private facilities like Resilience NJ. Under the MISSION Act, if the VA cannot provide intensive mental health stabilization within 20 days or if a veteran faces a drive-time over 60 minutes, the VA pays for treatment in the community. Our 2026 program provides 6+ hours of daily clinical immersion, focusing on PTSD, Major Depression, and Suicidal Ideation, at zero out-of-pocket cost to the veteran.
High-Intensity Outpatient Stabilization
Our VA Community Care PHP mental health track is designed to bridge the gap between traditional therapy and inpatient hospitalization. This intensive approach includes:
Psychiatric Care
Daily or frequent psychiatric oversight to stabilize neurotransmitter function and manage complex medication regimens.
Intensive Therapy
Multiple weekly sessions of EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and DBT to address deep-seated trauma rapidly.
Biological Regulation
Utilizing Fernando’s Sports Science specialization (UNIFESP) to retrain the veteran's nervous system through physical recovery protocols.
Transitional Support
Structured daily schedules that mimic the discipline of military life while fostering reintegration into civilian roles.
