Military PTSD Therapy
Specialized Clinical Recovery for Active Duty & Veterans in NJ
Military Clinical Line: (908) 263-1332The Science of Tactical Recovery
In the military, survival depends on an "always-on" nervous system. Our military PTSD therapy aims to bridge the gap between tactical alertness and civilian safety:
EMDR (Eye Movement)
Specifically effective for visual combat memories and hypervigilance, allowing the brain to re-file traumatic events into long-term memory.
Cognitive Processing
Targets "stuck points" involving moral injury, guilt, and safety that often develop after complex deployments.
Physiological Regulation
Leveraging Fernando’s 18-month Sports Science specialization (UNIFESP), we use bio-feedback to help you physically manage the "fight or flight" response.
Operational Performance
For Active Duty, therapy focus remains on symptom reduction to preserve career longevity and mission readiness.
