Tactical Clinical Stabilization | VA Community Care Authorized 2026

VA Liaison Office: (908) 263-1332
What is IOP mental health for veterans?
IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) mental health for veterans at Resilience NJ is a high-level clinical track providing 9 to 15 hours of weekly therapy and psychiatric support. It is designed for veterans who require more than standard outpatient visits but want to maintain their work, school, or family life. As an authorized VA Community Care Network (CCN) provider, we utilize evidence-based protocols like EMDR and CPT to treat PTSD and depression, ensuring 2026-standard care at no cost to authorized veterans.

The 2026 IOP Standard of Care

Our IOP mental health veterans track provides a concentrated dose of clinical intervention to break the cycle of symptoms:

Rapid Trauma Processing

High-frequency EMDR sessions to process service-related traumatic memories and reduce autonomic nervous system arousal.

Psychiatric Stabilization

Ongoing medication management and clinical oversight to ensure your neurochemistry supports your therapeutic progress.

Somatic Regulation

Applying Fernando’s Sports Science specialization (UNIFESP) to retrain the veteran's body to move out of "fight or flight" and into recovery.

Transition Resilience

Veteran-only groups focusing on Moral Injury, relationship repair, and the specific psychological demands of the 2026 civilian landscape.

Biological Performance: At Resilience NJ, we view mental health as a biological performance metric. Informed by Fernando’s background at Colegio Objective and his athletic experience in Sao Paulo, we apply high-performance recovery science to mental health. IOP is the intensive "training camp" required to rebuild a resilient mind.
